All 17 townhomes in Phase One at Clifton Pointe were sold before construction had even begun.
LAKEWOOD—Developer Andrew Brickman of Abode, Modern Lifestyle Developers, recently finalized the sale of the last of seventeen residences of Phase One at Clifton Pointe, Lakewood’s newest eco-friendly townhome community.
“My family and I have commented a few times about how we never thought we would be able to find the type of home you are building. It has definitely made us more content to keep Cleveland as our primary residence. Keeping people in the Cleveland area is not an easy feat but Clifton Pointe has done that for us,” comments Toni Donaghue, Phase One, Clifton Pointe resident.
The first residents are scheduled to move in late summer. Groundbreaking on Phase Two will take place as soon as weather permits. One residence in Phase Two has already been sold and contracts are out for two of the final four. Clifton Pointe along with 27 Coltman and Eleven River have all been incredibly well-received in what is still a difficult real estate climate. Part of the success is attributable to Abode offering a lifestyle suited for active individuals who value no-maintenance living, close proximity to outdoor recreation, restaurants and shopping, and want the latest in technological and eco-friendly design. Clifton Pointe, when finished will add $10 million dollars of world-class real estate to Lakewood offering an alternative to the traditional century homes that make up the historic neighborhood.
